On July 4th, we celebrate more than our nation’s independence. We celebrate the connections that make Waunakee feel like home. At WaunaBoom, friends, families, and neighbors come together for a day full of free activities, live music, delicious food, and spectacular fireworks. It's a celebration of laughter, lasting memories, and the kind of community spirit that reminds us we all belong.

FREE FUN FOR EVERYONE
Celebrate WaunaBoom’s 10th anniversary and America’s 250th birthday with a full day of live music, incredible food, and unforgettable experiences, all leading up to a spectacular fireworks show. Catch two live bands, explore 23 food carts, and take in high-flying action from the F-35 flyover, Black Hawk helicopter fly-in, and WaunaBoom Parachute Team. From rescue dog stunts and LED light shows to free family activities, there’s something happening at every turn. Stay all day. Don't miss a moment.

As night falls, the real magic begins. WaunaBoom’s fireworks show ignites the sky in perfect sync with music, creating a dazzling display of color and sound.
